How it works

From checkout to your first open page — the whole process takes less than two minutes.

Step One

Choose your product & complete your purchase

Browse the collection and select the product that speaks to where you are right now. Click Get Instant Access on any product page to go straight to checkout. Enter your name, email address, and payment details. Your email address is important — this is where your download link will be sent.

✓ Good to know Your checkout is secured via Stripe. Her Life Atelier never stores your card details.

Step Two

Check your email for your download link

Immediately after purchase, you will receive an automated confirmation email from Her Life Atelier. This email contains your personal download link — just click it to access your product. The email typically arrives within one to two minutes.

⚠ Not seeing it? Check your spam or junk folder first. If you use Gmail, also check your Promotions tab. The email comes from info@herlifeatelier.com — add this address to your contacts to make sure future emails reach you directly.
Step Three

Download & save your PDF

Click the download link in your email. Your PDF will open in your browser or download automatically depending on your device. Save it somewhere easy to find — your Downloads folder, Google Drive, iCloud, or directly to your phone. Your product is yours to keep and return to whenever you need it.

I never received my download email. What should I do?

First, check your spam or junk folder. If you use Gmail, look inside the Promotions tab. The email is sent automatically from info@herlifeatelier.com and usually arrives within one to two minutes. If you still cannot find it after five minutes, please contact us at info@herlifeatelier.com with your order details and we will resend your link right away.

Does my download link expire?

Download links are valid for a generous period after purchase. We recommend saving your PDF to Google Drive, iCloud, or Dropbox immediately after downloading, so you always have access. If your link ever stops working, just reach out and we will help.

Can I print my PDF?

Yes, absolutely. All Her Life Atelier PDFs are print-friendly. For the best result, print on A4 paper using your printer’s standard settings. Whether you prefer to write digitally or by hand on paper — both work beautifully.

Can I use the PDF on a tablet or fill it in digitally?

Yes. Our PDFs work on iPad with Apple Pencil (GoodNotes or Notability), on Android tablets, and on desktop using Adobe Acrobat or any PDF annotator. For the best digital writing experience on iPad, we recommend GoodNotes 5 or GoodNotes 6.

Of course. Please email us at info@herlifeatelier.com with your order confirmation number and the correct email address. We will resend your download as quickly as possible.

How many devices can I use my PDF on?

There is no device limit. Once downloaded, the file is yours. You can open it on your laptop, your phone, and your tablet simultaneously. We simply ask that you keep it for personal use only and do not share or redistribute the file.
