Yes, completely. Payments go through Stripe or PayPal — both use industry-standard SSL encryption and comply with PCI-DSS requirements. Her Life Atelier never has access to your full card number or banking information.
Yes. As soon as your payment is confirmed, WooCommerce sends an order confirmation email to the address you provided at checkout. This email also contains your download link. Please check your spam or junk folder if you do not see it within a few minutes.
If you have a valid discount code, enter it in the coupon field at checkout before completing your purchase. Codes cannot be applied retroactively. One code per order.
All products are digital downloads. Immediately after payment is confirmed, you will receive an email with your personal download link — no waiting, no shipping. Click the link, save the file to your device, and you're ready to begin.
All workbooks and course materials are delivered as PDF files, readable on any device using any standard PDF reader. They are also optimised for digital annotation apps such as GoodNotes, Notability, or PDF Expert on iPad, so you can write directly on the pages.

Yes. If your link is broken or expired, contact us at info@herlifeatelier.com within 48 hours of purchase, including your order number. We will send you a new working link immediately. Technical issues on our end are never your problem to carry.
Save your files to a cloud service immediately after download — iCloud Drive, Google Drive, or Dropbox all work well. This gives you access from any device at any time and protects you if your device is ever lost or replaced.

Yes. All products are designed for both digital and print use. Print on A4 or Letter-size paper — 90–100g paper gives the best result for a premium feel.

No. All products are for personal use only. They may not be shared, redistributed, resold, or reproduced in any form without written permission. Each purchase is licensed to one individual.
Each Self-Study Course consists of two PDF files delivered together: a Course Book with all the content, frameworks, and guidance — and a matching Workbook for applying what you learn. Everything is designed to work through at your own pace, on your own schedule. There is no live component, no coaching, and no community access included.
We currently offer two course series, each consisting of multiple self-study courses. You can purchase each course individually. Full course titles and details are listed on the individual product pages in the shop.
No prior knowledge is required. Each course is written to be accessible and self-contained. If a course builds on another within the same series, this is clearly stated on the product page.
No. Once you download your files, they are yours with no expiry. Work through them in a week, a month, or return to them whenever you need — there is no deadline and no access cutoff.

Her Edit is the Her Life Atelier blog — a curated, subscriber-only space with new in-depth articles published every week. Topics span femininity, self-worth, relationships, and the dynamics of modern womanhood. As a subscriber, you get full access to the growing archive, early access to new product releases, and occasional subscriber-only extras.
Both plans renew automatically and can be cancelled at any time. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
After subscribing, you will receive a confirmation email with access instructions. All articles are available directly on the website — no separate app needed. Log in with your account to read any article in the archive at any time.
Yes, you can cancel at any time. Your access continues until the end of the paid period — monthly or annual. There is no partial refund for unused time remaining after cancellation. To cancel, use the cancellation option in your account or contact us at info@herlifeatelier.com.
Yes. Both the monthly and annual plan renew automatically using the payment method on file, unless you cancel beforehand. You will not receive a separate reminder before each renewal — please manage your subscription in your account settings.
Workbooks and courses are one-time purchases — you buy once and the files are yours permanently. Her Edit is a recurring subscription that gives you ongoing access to new weekly content for as long as you subscribe. They complement each other well, but are entirely separate products.
Because all products are digital downloads, the right of withdrawal expires the moment the download begins — in accordance with § 356 Abs. 5 BGB. You are informed of this and asked to confirm your consent before completing your purchase at checkout.
As a rule, we are unable to offer refunds once a file has been accessed. Please read the product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
If you experience a technical issue — such as a broken or expired download link — contact us within 48 hours and we will resolve it immediately.
If you cancel within the statutory 14-day withdrawal period and have already accessed content, proportional compensation (Wertersatz) applies under § 357 Abs. 8 BGB. This means a partial refund may be due for the unused portion — not a full refund.
After the 14-day period, no refund is issued for the current billing cycle. Your access remains active until the end of the paid period. For full details, see our Refund Policy.

Yes. All workbooks and course workbooks are designed for digital annotation — especially on iPad with Apple Pencil. Apps like GoodNotes or Notability let you write directly on the pages. Printing and filling in by hand works equally well.
