This confirmation is collected as a mandatory checkbox at checkout. Without this confirmation, the standard 14-day right of withdrawal applies.
If a downloaded file is defective or cannot be accessed, the right of withdrawal is not waived. In such cases, please contact us at info@herlifeatelier.com and we will resolve the issue promptly.
For the Her Edit subscription, the right of withdrawal applies for 14 days from the date of contract conclusion, provided access to the subscription content has not yet commenced. If you have actively consented to immediate access at the time of sign-up, the right of withdrawal expires upon commencement of the subscription. Cancellation of an active subscription is possible at any time with effect from the end of the current billing period and is separate from the right of withdrawal.

Her Life Atelier offers digital workbooks and self-study courses (each consisting of a course book and workbook) as one-time purchases. These products are delivered via email as a download link after payment is received. By completing your purchase, you confirm your consent to the immediate commencement of the contract and the resulting forfeiture of your right of withdrawal.
Her Edit is a digital blog subscription providing weekly new articles and full archive access. The subscription is available monthly (€ 9 / month) or annually (€ 74 / year). It renews automatically and may be cancelled at any time with effect from the end of the current billing period. Partial refunds for already paid periods are not provided.
Payments are processed via Stripe, PayPal, and credit card. For subscriptions, recurring payments are collected automatically on each renewal date.
